Refunds are reviewed carefully because Geoaly uses digital credits and AI processing. This policy keeps the rules practical without promising automatic refunds.

Overview
This Refund Policy explains how Geoaly reviews refund requests for subscriptions, Lifetime Access purchases, credit top-ups, and AI credit usage.
Geoaly is a digital SaaS product with AI-powered workflows. Refund eligibility may depend on purchase type, account status, credits granted, credits consumed, and whether AI processing has already occurred.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscription refunds are reviewed based on the timing of the request, account activity, credits used, and whether the subscription benefits have already been accessed.
Canceling a monthly subscription stops future access or renewal according to the active plan rules, but it does not automatically create a refund for past charges or used credits.
Lifetime Access purchases
Lifetime Access refund requests are reviewed case by case, especially when included credits, AI actions, tools, or account benefits have already been used.
Lifetime Access provides eligible tool access but does not include unlimited AI usage. Used included credits may affect refund eligibility or refund amount.
Credit top-ups
Credit top-ups add credits for AI-powered workflows without changing the account plan or access level.
Credit top-ups may be non-refundable once credits are consumed, partially consumed, transferred into AI processing, or otherwise used by the account.
Used credits and AI processing
AI actions may create costs once processing begins or completes through configured AI providers. Refunds may be limited when credits or AI actions have already been used.
If an AI action fails without producing a usable result, Geoaly may review the account activity and credit transaction records to determine whether a credit adjustment is appropriate.
Failed payments or duplicate charges
Failed purchase issues, duplicate charges, incorrect payment status, or missing credit grants should be reported to support@geoaly.com for review.
Geoaly will review available payment records, provider references, and account credit history before deciding whether to refund, void, retry, or adjust credits.
How to request a refund
To request a refund review, contact support@geoaly.com with your account email, purchase date, purchase type, transaction reference if available, and a short description of the issue.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Geoaly may ask for additional details to verify the account, payment, and usage history.
Exceptions
Geoaly may decline refunds for consumed credits, completed AI processing, abuse, policy violations, unsupported expectations, change-of-mind requests after significant use, or requests that cannot be verified.
Geoaly may still review unusual billing issues, duplicate charges, failed purchase states, or product-access errors case by case.
