These Terms of Service describe the basic rules for accessing and using Geoaly, a GEO and SEO content intelligence workspace.

Geoaly helps users audit, plan, generate, and improve content readiness. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions, or inclusion in AI-generated answers.

You may use Geoaly for lawful content operations, including content audits, article planning, product and service page preparation, editing, and export workflows.

You are responsible for the content you submit, the instructions you provide, and how you choose to use any results produced by the service.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

Geoaly may limit, suspend, or remove access when account activity appears abusive, unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with these terms.

AI-powered actions use credits. Credit costs may vary by tool, workflow, or configuration and are shown in the product where applicable.

Credits are deducted after successful AI processing according to the active product logic. Failed or incomplete actions may not always consume credits, depending on the workflow and how the failure occurs.

Monthly plans may include recurring access and a defined credit allowance. Plan details, pricing, and credit amounts are shown in the billing area or pricing page when available.

Plan features and credit allowances may change before public launch as Geoaly prepares for beta.

Lifetime Access gives permanent access to eligible Geoaly tools for the account or offer described at purchase, subject to these terms and reasonable product availability.

Lifetime Access does not mean unlimited AI usage. AI actions still use credits, and additional credits may be required after included credits are used.

Credit top-ups add credits to your account without changing your subscription plan, account tier, or Lifetime Access status.

Top-up credits are intended for additional AI usage and do not create a separate service guarantee.

You may not use Geoaly to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful content, or to attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

You may not submit content that you do not have the right to use or process through Geoaly.

Geoaly may generate drafts, recommendations, outlines, audits, summaries, and other AI-assisted outputs based on your inputs and project data.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before publishing, relying on, or sharing them. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific use case without human review.

Geoaly helps improve content structure, clarity, entity coverage, trust signals, and readiness for search and answer-engine workflows.

Geoaly does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, conversions, indexing, AI answer inclusion, or any specific business outcome.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal. Geoaly does not collect or store payment card details directly.

You are responsible for reviewing purchase details before completing payment, including plan type, credit amounts, price, and billing status.

Monthly subscription access may be canceled according to the options available in the product or through support. Cancellation affects future access and billing according to the active plan rules.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund past charges, used credits, or completed AI processing.

Geoaly is being prepared for beta and may change, pause, or experience interruptions. Some workflows depend on third-party services, including AI providers, authentication providers, hosting, and payment providers.

Geoaly may update, remove, or limit features as the product develops.

Geoaly is provided as a content intelligence and productivity tool. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Geoaly is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Geoaly may update these terms as the product, pricing, credit rules, payment flows, or beta program changes.

Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and the last updated date.
